Instruction and direction in repair, installation and modification of home telephone service.
Take a look at the people above.

The lady is smiling as she talks with a neighbor or family member. Her telephone probably saved her miles of travel and hours of anxiety. She has the news.

The man on the left is a serious type probably ordering some new kitchen gadget or telling the boss he won't be in today. He has the convenience.

The guy on the right  is in a different category. He is on hold while waiting to report to a contractor or the service provider that his telephone doesn't work. He is thinking about the $60.00 dollars an hour that he now has to pay to get service restored as well as the waiting time and he is already out 25 cents for the call. They probably don't even have music on hold.

It really doesn't have to be this way. Repair, installation and modification of home service is not at all complicated. Doing installation and modification yourself saves a bundle. Repair work saves you money but, most importantly,it saves time as well.

Telephone companies now charge to repair or to even isolate a trouble that is not their responsibility and most of us (used to the good old days) call them without hesitation.

I have a manual that shows you the processes required to install, modify or repair a service, in detail. The manual is precise in directing you around each job with the most care and attention to safety and quality while conforming to present North American standard practices. My 30 years in the telecom field with Bell, Cable and Wireless, Nortel, Ericsson and Lucent has allowed me to know in detail all the methods used to troubleshoot systems from home sized to country-wide.

Detailed instructions are included on how to construct a simple telephone circuit tester that has features used in the repair process, these mirror functions and features found on professional test sets.

You don't have to spend days waiting for repair services when any trouble that you prove to be with your service can be isolated quickly enough to restore your service immediately. You will be shown how to determine if the trouble is yours or theirs and how to act accordingly.

Copies of the manual are sold printed for $15.00 Canadian. If you desire I can send it by e-mail for $10.00. I can construct the tester and ship it to you with the manual for $30.00 Canadian.
